Purpose of Levy Funds
Levy funds cover three types of expenses: capital projects & repairs, building operation costs, and other operating expenses.
Capital Projects & Repairs are big-ticket items, like installing a new HVAC system, tuckpointing the Heritage Center towers, and repairing (or replacing) the irregular windows throughout the building.
Building Operation Costs cover activities like building maintenance and insurance as well as utilities.
Other Operating Expenses cover other services, like pest control, trash & recycling removal, and replacing our gallery lights with LEDs.
